Why a Change in ASC Teams?
Archery Service Center aims to create a safe environment where athletes can grow and reach their full potential. With a well-developed system, we strive for a win-win-win situation for the athlete, our organization, and the sport itself. The system, developed in 2023 and 2024, will be continuously evaluated and adjusted each year for further optimization.

Objectives of the New System:

• Professionalization: Developing a structure that helps athletes to perform better.

• Evaluation and Adjustment: Annual evaluation and improvement to make the system as optimal as possible.

• Support for Athletes: Providing knowledge sharing and training opportunities for the Top and Perspective Teams.

• Connection with Manufacturers: Creating opportunities for archers to gain attention from bow manufacturers.

Teams from 2025:
Starting in 2025, three teams will be formed:

• Top Team: Focused on the best athletes with the highest performances.

• Perspective Team: For talented athletes with potential to reach the top.

• ASC Familia Team: A team that offers support with specific conditions, benefits, and obligations.

With these changes, we aim to create awareness of professionalization and support in the sport, starting with Archery Service Center Netherlands.
