The new EZ.220 System by PSE transforms bow tuning, making it faster and more efficient for archers. With easy-to-use components and a clear assembly process, the EZ.220 System is a valuable tool for archers aiming to fine-tune their bow’s performance.

Snap Shims (4), with factory-equipped sizes of .100 (2) and .120 (2). Additional shimming options include .080, .140, .060, and .160.
Medium Spacers (4) for EC, SE, and EM Cams
Limbs (4)
EZ.220 Spacing System Assembly Instructions

For E2, S2, and M2 Cams (Stock Factory Assembly):

Place the bottom cam on the cam axle.
Slide axle sleeves over both ends of the cam axle.
Place limbs over axle sleeves, ensuring the stiff limb is positioned on the cable side.
Thread axle screws into both ends of the cam axle with a torque specification of 3 lb-ft, ensuring no slack between the limb and cam axle.
Using the EZ Change Tool, attach a .100 snap shim to the string side of the cam. The “.100” should face away from the cam, hanging over the limb’s engraved side.
Slide the cam until it touches the snap shim.
Attach a .120 snap shim on the cable side of the cam.
Verify the cam spins freely on the cam axle.
Repeat steps for the top limb assembly.
For EC, SE, and EM Cams (Stock Factory Assembly):

Place the top cam on the cam axle.
Slide one medium spacer on each side of the cam.
Slide axle sleeves over both ends of the cam axle.
Place limbs over axle sleeves, with the stiff limb on the cable side.
Thread axle screws tightly.
Attach a .120 snap shim on the string side of the cam and ensure the medium spacer is positioned against the cam.
Attach a .100 snap shim on the cable side.
Check cam movement on the axle.
Repeat for the bottom limb assembly.
Spacing Adjustment:

Press the bow to slacken cables and string.
Use the EZ Change Tool to adjust snap shims.
Maintain a total shim value of .220.
Test and adjust until optimal cam alignment and lean are achieved.
